Perhaps a truly Canadian hop. Wild Loyalist has evolved into it's current incarnation growing in local hedgerows and abandoned fields since the pioneers originally brought it to Prince Edward County. Now thriving with the care and attention it gets in our hopyard.
With an alpha and beta profile similar to the noble hops, our Wild Loyalist contributes mild black pepper, herbal, earth, with a floral backend.
