Our family has deep roots in Prince Edward County both personally and professionally.
we’ve got REALLY AMAZING ALPHAS!
2018 is our fifth season and we've harvested and pelletized well over 1 ton of hops this year!
Prince Edward County's broken limestone bedrock and stony soils allow for excellent drainage in the spring and acts like a wet sponge throughout the growing season, forcing hop bines to grow deeper during the hot summer months. They produce generous yields with concentrated flavours not found elsewhere in the province.
